If your subscription has already expired you can’t renew it, but you can simply order a new subscription to continue your service. Just go to the subscriptions page and choose the package you want to order.

If you see an error message such as “Something went wrong with your entries,” that indicates that your subscription is expired.
If you already attempted to renew your subscription after it expired, the system will put your order On Hold because it cannot find your information in the system. To proceed with your order, change your order from “Renew Existing Subscription” to “New Subscription.”
