Can I Request a New Channel?

Making a Channel Request

If you’d like to request that a channel be added to a package, you can do so on the community forum so that other users will be able to see that the request has been made. Other users can then up-vote the request if they would like to see the same channel added, allowing us to prioritize more popular channel requests. 

Before requesting a new channel, first search the forum to see whether another user has already made the request: 


 How to search for Channel requests in the Community Forum

Step 1

Go to https://franqie.freshdesk.com/support/home and click Community Forum.
 

 

 

Step 2

Click “Requests” and check whether a topic requesting the channel you want already exists. 

If you don’t see the channel you want, you can post a new request by clicking “Start a New Topic.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

Post your request as new topic as shown below:
