Within the above-mentioned service hours we strive to respond to within 20 minutes.
Depending on the problem, resolution times can vary.
- For lower priority issues (issues that affect a small part of the service functionality) we aim for a resolution time of 3 days.
- For higher priority issues (issues that affect a major part of the service functionality) we aim for a resolution time of 1 day.
