Although our technical staff works 24/7 to keep our service active, our customer service desk is available as follows: 

European Standard Time (Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Nordics Countries, African Countries):

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm / 9:00 - 17:00

Response times:

We aim to respond as quickly as possible and find a resolution for your problem.

Within the above-mentioned service hours we strive to respond to within 20 minutes. 

Depending on the problem, resolution times can vary. 

- For lower priority issues (issues that affect a small part of the service functionality) we aim for a resolution time of 3 days

- For higher priority issues (issues that affect a major part of the service functionality) we aim for a resolution time of 1 day

Determining the priority is at the discretion of the Agent assisting you.
