You can also check your order details on our website by going to https://franqie.com/my-account/orders/. Make sure you’re logged in, then select the order you want to see and click View.


If you tried to renew your order after your subscription expired, your order status will appear as On Hold and will not be processed. To proceed with your order simply change the subscription from Renew Existing Subscription  to New Subscription.
