Some users have reported issues when trying to manage their Cloud TV Editors online through the account and website at https://franqie.com/
When trying to enter the Editor and manager their subscriptions, customer are receiving a message to log into their accounts when they are already logged in.
It might be obvious, but, to use your personalized links, see your previous orders but also to get connected to your Cloud TV Editor, you need to login first. If not done, please do so.
In below example click on Login/Register (top-right, indicated with 1), then enter your username and password (indicated with 2). The username and password are the ones you use for your account on the Franqie website (not the username and password of your m3u or something else).
You can try to access your Cloud TV editor now again thru your my-account pages, if that does not work, you may access the Editor thru a direct link
Accessing thru direct link:
Every subscription has an unique code for the customer interface, the link will always begin with,
Followed by the unique code, for example https://xtream-editor.com/en/cc/edit/945C203F37838...
These subscriptions of the Cloud TV Editor can be accessed directly and managed manually by the user.
To access the other Cloud Editor subscriptions, you need to use the links as provided in the order confirmation email. That link will take you directly to the client interface of the Cloud TV Editor for that particular subscription. The link to use is the one marked as "Edit your lines with Cloud TV Editor here" on your order confirmation email.
So, in short,
if you have one subscription of the Cloud TV Editor, you can access it thru your my-account pages but also with the direct link as indicated with "Edit your lines with Cloud TV Editor here", If you have more than one, you will need to keep track of the different links as provided in your order confirmation email and access your different Cloud TV Editor subscriptions with the different links.
