Can't proceed with the transaction for Paypal

In the event of having issues with payment on our website, you can process the payment transaction directly to our PayPal account: info@franqie.com


For such payments, it is important that you use the Family & Friends option as this is the fastest and most convenient option for us to deliver upon.






Once payment is done, provide us the Transaction ID and the Details of the Order you want to be processed.


Note:
    *Be advised that we only process direct transaction if there's technical issues on our system. Therefore we do not encourage our customers for any direct payment as this would cause confusion of the order. All orders and transactions such as payments should be system generated for security and monitoring purposes.
