Channel problems (in community, voting)

Report Problem is for channel reports, the idea is that clients, if they see an issue with a channel,

Example:
 - Channel not working
 - Wrong channel. A client has a subscription with Forrest and reports that one of the channels is streaming the wrong channel, channel name is Sport 1, so client expects stream of Sports 1, but Sports 6 is being displayed there.

 - Missing channels that should be on the Package List (Channel List)

create a forum entry for that. If other users have same issue, they can “vote-up” and let us know that they also have the same issue.

How to search for Channel Problem in Community Forum

Step 1

Go to https://franqie.freshdesk.com/support/home and click Community Forum.




Step 2


Click Report a problem.





How to report/vote for a Channel Problem.

1. Try to look for a topic with the same channel issue that were reported. If you see more subscriber that experiencing the same channel issue. Just click "Like" and make a comment.

2. To make a new topic for your Particular issue



To make a report please follow this format:

Subscription Plan: (ex. Entry,Forrest, Classic, Premium)
Country:
Channel(s):
Problem:

Example:

Subscription Plan: Forrest
Country/Region: Poland


Channel(s): Polsat Sports FHD PL
Problem: Not working.
