If you have problems with a specific channel, please provide the channel name and the plan (subscription, like; Forrest, Entry, Classic, Premium) you are using.
If you have continuous problems with several streams on specific hours, it might be the case that there is a problem with the internet speed between the location you are and the servers where the service is delivered from.
In the last situation, we suggest the following;
- Try one of our other plans (free trials are available) to see if these work better for your specific situation. If so, we suggest to switch to the plan which works best for you after your commitment for the current plan ends or purchase the plan which works best for you (we offer 4 totally different plans) to start immediately using the new plan.
- Test your internet speed to see if your bandwidth is sufficient (for smooth usage we advice a speed above 20Mbps). We advise to do the test on times that you experience problems. To test your internet speed, you can use our speed test here; https://franqie.com/speedtest/
- Try to use wired LAN connection. Please avoid using WiFi because that can, despite sufficient speed, cause interruptions and signal drops resulting in poor quality.
