I cannot even to order an editor ( for 3 months )

Always have the same error:

Cloud TV Editor requires purchasing or owning a product from the available full (paid) Subscriptions. To get access to this product now, please add a product from the available Subscriptions. If you have a paid subscription and think this is an error, please contact support@franqie.com so they can help you further.


However I've just purchased "classic" bundle.

Can You solve this problem?
